I just reached to where your translation ends in koharu's route (script 2303), so I'm happy to both pick up from there and to look over your previously translated parts, as I noticed some incorrect translations and grammatical mistakes. We haven't really been in touch with SirCumference for a couple of months now and have transitioned to a different platform for doing translation without automatically pushing everything to patches from the wiki here.
