Hello!

I will soon finish a certain translation project (not here on BT), and I thought of going for Mushi Uta next. So I was really surprised to see someone had already picked it up again.

I'm not sure if you're still active here because it's been a while since the last update, but I wondered if you would perhaps like to cooperate somehow?

Regardless of that I'm really glad to see another Mushi Uta fan!

Hello, I'm glad to see another Mushi Uta fan too.

I have not been very active as I cannot seem to find time. Thus, I would be glad if someone else would be willing to translate the series.

Personally, I prefer to complete a volume before uploading it so that the story is not left hanging. Also, I can't promise to be able to commit my time to translating so I'd rather work alone.

May I know what are your plans in translating the series, are you going to translate in release order? If possible, perhaps we could work on separate volumes. If you don't mind, I can help edit as well.

I see, understandable.

I don't have any specific plans yet, but yes, I generally intend going by release order. Working on seperate volumes is completely fine by me (in fact I thought of suggesting it myself). Help in editing would also be great, and I can reciprocate that.

If you're still working on Bug 2, then I can work on Mushi Uta 5.

Hello again. How are you?

I finished translating volume 5 and uploaded all of it. There are some formatting issues here and there because this is my first time using BT but I'll fix those...

It actually went much faster than even I expected, haha. Well, it's mostly due to me having too much free time as of late...

What should I do now? The next in order is Bug 3, but since I assume you are still working on 2 should I do Mushi Uta 6 instead?

That sure was fast. In fact, I am currently editing Bug 1 due to some mistakes here and there. I haven't actually started on Bug 2 so you can take over for that or work on volume 6. Also, have you seen Iwai-sensei's new novel series that started recently? I haven't been able to read it yet, but it seems interesting.

Another volume finished. If you don't mind I think I'll continue with Bug for now.

Also, since our last conversation I read the new Mushi Uta story as well as both volumes of Rioland. How about you?

The new series was interesting enough even if I did have some issues with it. Still I'd be happy to read more of it though (no news these last months, but since it started with two very close releases it's probably a bit early to despair yet...) The Mushi Uta story was intriguing and it was nice to see some of the characters again.
