Hello, I noticed that you added and then removed a question on Onizuka-gto's talk page. You may have already found your answer, but just in case you didn't, BT can't accept translations in English for Durarara since it is licensed and released in English by Yen Press. If you were talking about a different language, then that's fine as long as it's not licensed in that language.
