Σ(O_O；)Shock！！ New Project Editor?

While everyone is an editor, a dedicated editor is a volunteer, whom Baka-Tsuki has asked to commit a portion of their free time to ensure that the standard of the wiki project is maintain. While I'm sure many users would be willing, not everyone can be a Project Editor, simply because it is unfeastible to ask everyone for that same commitment.

So let's just say I was quite amused that you have suddenly appeared on the Editorial Team.

All members of the team did not apply, nor had the assumption that they should have that privilege.

Very much the same way the great captain himself, TLG had done so to myself.

There are consequences of placing your trust in those who are eager for positions that are not requested, simply because those who do, give the assumption that the lust for a higher status is the manifestation of a wish to abuse the power that comes with it. Thus it is in my opinion a sensibility and far more credibility for one to be nominated because he/she has been recognised by the merits of the contributions they have exhibit as was observed in the other Editors.

But that is not to say that I have the arrogance to reprime you for your sudden promotion.

Oh deeper reflection, I have to commend you on your contribution to Baka-Tsuki especially on the in page navigation.

For that I thank you on behalf of thelastguardian and the readers of the project.

Therefore I will let you get away with this you cheeky scamp. Note to other users who also have the idea to self promote themselves as well, please note this will be the first & only time.

I have updated your forum status, as for the wiki update status. Well, you have to wait until Thelastguardian does one of his routine reviews of the Wiki for him to update your user account to editorial status.

I do hope that the trust I have placed in you, is not misguided.

P.S: A word of friendly advice, the next time you wish to promote yourself. A diplomatic message to whom it may concern before hand is usually a good way to ensure that no further problems will occur in the future.
