Tenses need to be sorted here:

"To me it doesn't look like he had a goal. It looked like he has just been playing with us." <-- this is definitely incorrect. Tenses are mixed up.

"To me it doesn't look like he has a goal. It looks like he has just been playing with us."
"To me it didn't look like he had a goal. It looked like he had just been playing with us."
"To me it doesn't look like he had a goal. It looks like he had just been playing with us."
