In addition, toner and such could supposedly not only be put on, but had to be massaged in.

(Meaning “supposedly couldn’t only be put on”? The “supposedly” is maybe put in the wrong place, allowing for misinterpretation…)

.Someone else might not have noticed, but I was indeed discomposed; because I feared that the camera might be a Relic

(Meaning people wouldn’t have noticed in general?)

Inspired by that, I tried imagining Tokiya calling me pretty.

(Inspired by the article or by the drawing?)

While something still seemed to be on her tongue, Saki went to the kitchen to adjust the stove-plate without saying anything.

(Does it say somewhere wether the stove is a gas one or electric?)

It's time for my secret weapon! Even though I may have sealed it away because of its difficulty level...

(What does she mean by “sealed away”? That it’s lost somewhere in her stuff?)

I sensed the fiercest flames in them, as though she was about to pierce someone with her gaze alone.

I sensed fire in her eyes, almost as though she was glaring at me.

(Is the jap for these 2 sentences different or the same?)

But everything aside, having seen my looks in sixteen years, I couldn't care less about empty phrases.

(Did she refer to Koomoto-san’s compliment or to small talk in general?)

While I was waiting for the (internal) conditioner to have an effect, Koumoto-san talked with me

(“conditioner” meaning “hair conditioner” as in the shampoo-like stuff? because later the guy blow-dries her hair… weird to dry it twice.)

"Aah, one of those machines that can supposedly find out such things by analyzing the condition of your skin?"

(“machine”. Is it like an actual machine somewhere on the street or in a mall? OR does he mean a computer program?)

I had decided to stop her if she were to do even stranger things

(not “continued to do strange things”? )

First the make-up, then my wallet; it looked like I had become famous around here. How embarrassing! I want to bury my head in the sand! I don't look like that to anyone, though.

(doesn't look to anyone like she's famous or that she's embarrassed?)
