There's a part where Taiga says "Stupid dog KORO!"

Is that supposed to be 殺す, so it would be something like "I'll kill you, you stupid dog", or am I missing something? I left a (!) at the part to make it easier to find. I can't find (though I didn't try very hard) the part in the original text to check it.

Also, a note to the TL. There is a grammar mistake that is consistent throughout the text. An example is "Though the reason remained unknown, but Kitamura had really become a delinquent." When using this type of a sentence, the "but" shouldn't be there, making it "Though the reason remained unknown, Kitamura had really become a delinquent". Something you might want to think about, but good job on the rest though. Vocabulary in particular is much stronger than the other translations.

________

Hello everyone! Is Minori's "Gilbert" in reference to Gilbert Blythe, Anne's beloved in Anne of Green Gables ?

"[L]ean (...) practical and reliable (...) "common sense" (...) contracts typhoid fever"... It fits, doesn't it?

Not sure about "my little bird" (小鳥, kotori?), couldn't find any reference of Anne calling Gil this way. (Maybe just a term of endearment.)

As for me, I don't remember jack - I used to watch this in my elementary school years (and that means a looong time), and very distractedly at that. I preferred Kyashān...

Anyway: thanks and keep up the good work.

As you were. Forget it.

Or, anyway, I'm not going to read "Kaze to Ki no Uta" just to check this...
