"laugh○sorry" <- if you would be so kind of providing the kanji... Most likely a 3-kanji name, where "laugh○" would be the surname, one kanji censored, and "sorry" the given name. If you want, check the given name with all the surnames here to try to find a reference (only those marked as "Family or surname" or "unclassified name"; in case the first kanji is wrong, replace it in the search field, but leave the ? in place)--Kemm (talk)

It's not a name, but more like a phrase. Here is the rawː 笑すまん. The author is talking about a voice that has that kind of feel.--Bakapervert (talk) 14:02, 3 December 2015 (UTC)

A reference to 笑ゥせぇるすまん, which seems to be a black humor manga (or, to be more exact, to the anime based on that manga). He just censored the る. According to MangaUpdates, the translation is "the Laughing Salesman" (which would leave the reference as "the Laughing Sa*sman"). He may mean that his editor spoke in a voice similar to that of the titular character.--Kemm (talk)
