Greetings again. About the 'too soon' part of this line:
-The last man turned his hand persuader towards Master Shizu. Master Shizu threw down the man who ‘became a corpse too soon’ with his left hand.-
Does it mean 'the man (that was cut up by Master Shizu) will soon become a corpse too'? Or it is exactly 'the man became a corpse too soon'? If it's the former may I add a coma so the line become

  • -The last man turned his hand persuader towards Master Shizu. Master Shizu threw down the man who ‘became a corpse too, soon’ with his left hand.- or
  • -The last man turned his hand persuader towards Master Shizu. Master Shizu threw down the man who ‘soon became a corpse too’ with his left hand.- ?

Sorry for the trouble.-/-User753-Talk- 12:15, 1 August 2012 (CDT)

Uhm, I would've translated that part as "the man who 'would soon become a corpse'". --Dammitt 16:05, 1 August 2012 (CDT)

Yep, my first translation for 'mou sugu shitai' was actually 'soon-to-be-corpse'. But I thought the second man was already dead, and writing 'soon-to-be-corpse' would refer to the last man. Anyway, should I go with 'soon to be corpse' or 'would soon become a corpse' instead? Ella.servantes 19:18, 1 August 2012 (CDT)

I think either one that suits you better is fine. I just thought wanted to ask a question about that that confuse me.-/-User753-Talk- 17:42, 3 August 2012 (CDT)
