My Opinion: While awake the one kissed can retaliate or attempt to defend but unconscious one cannot do so at all. "That" is the difference. Basically it's the same concept as fighting someone who knows how to defend oneself and beating up someone who cannot do so because he/she is crippled. Zero2001 16:18, 19 April 2011 (UCT)
