For the sake of context, since there's a Tyr, Uldin should/might be Odin. Foreshadow: Aisha posing as Freyja?

I am not an authority on the subject, but if I understand correctly 'Uldin' was a real person who some believe was later deified as 'Odin'. As Uldin is referred to as 'Tyr's Sword', namely in a ruling position subordinate to Tyr, this seems to correspond to the 'human ruler' rather than to the 'leader of the gods' stage, and so it might be appropriate that he would not yet be called 'Odin'. When in doubt, it's probably safest to strictly follow the pronunciation in the original text--an example of this in a different fiction is the distinction between 'Olmes' and 'Holmes' which was a deliberate plot point regarding the different French/English pronunciations. Though not necessary, it's conceivable that later the Odin connection will be noted by the characters, in which case it would be particularly awkward if editors had changed it to that from the beginning. -Multipartite (talk) 04:12, 15 June 2013 (CDT)

The plural form of ballista seems to be ballistae, rather than ballistas Dright (talk) 20:56, 15 June 2013 (CDT)

Good point. Thanks for the reminder! --Zzhk (talk) 22:10, 15 June 2013 (CDT)
