Nah, life is how you take it....I've had an insane amount of bull-shit luck so far, why should I not think I still have it?

No, but everything is through one's perception.

Re: Benefits of being home alone / living alone.
Their not hallucinations, though, they are real life......I don't particularly believe in luck, but when it comes down to it, I either have an angel watching over me or just bull-shit luck.
However, this is the part where I will not go into my personal life. As rare as that is for me.

I've done terrible things in my life, that's why I think it's bull-shit luck, not an angel, but who the hell am I to know?

dang dude, well I won't pry. So I live with my parents but I pay for everything I touch pretty much so its kindof like living alone, without the benefit of living alone

Re: Benefits of being home alone / living alone.
Same here-ish.
If I want anything other than a room and 3 meals......it's out of my nearly empty wallet.
You certainly have more self restraint than I do, I'd be asking myself hundreds of questions if I left it that ambiguous.

Re: Benefits of being home alone / living alone.
It's not that I want to forget my past, I never want to forget it, it's just that I want to be able to see past it.
This is a poem I was forced to write in english:
This is a poem I was forced to write in english:
I am Jordan Davis wrote: I am a man of few words.
I wonder how the past affects the future.
I hear past noises.
I see through a rearview mirror.
I want to look forward.
I pretend the past and future coincide.
I feel the present.
I touch what isn't there.
I worry the life ahead might be the one behind.
I am a man of few words.
I understand that regrets are more memorable than anything.
I say very little.
I dream of being blind
I try to look forward.
I hope the mirror will shatter.
I am a man of few words.

Nice, I've never really had any kind of "inspiring" experiences to do anything like that about though, guess all of my life has been uneventful or just seems like it is

Re: Benefits of being home alone / living alone.
Don't worry, those who have been through shit want lives that are uneventful...those with uneventful lives want lives with a bunch of stuff going on....there really is no middle ground for what straw one draws, just gotta take it as it comes.
