Can anybody explain Paul's death to me? I don't understand if his lower half was bitten off by the last head or if it was bluntly ripped by the necks.

The Hydra literally divided paul in two from the waist.

Does he or does he not lose his hand?

if he does lose it does it regrow again later in the series?

I put in about a page's length of black lines at the bottom. I clicked the footnote while reading and discovered by accident that Paul died, very frustrating.
