My Maid is a Formless Entity (うちのメイドは不定形, Uchi no Meido ha Futeikei) is a light novel series written by Tassou Shizukawa, conceived by Ryou Morise, drawn by Juu Ayakura.

This series is unrelated to Ny*ruko, although Ny*ruko referenced it in illustrations. It's the only profitable series of PHP Kenkyuujo's light novel line, which is not carried in most bookstores. The official website for UchiFutei implores you to order from Amazon.

Story Overview

Boy meets shapeless agglomeration of unspeakable origin, adds water, it grows into a maid.

Translation

Translation is by Yog-Sothoth-chan, who goes by other names elsewhere (for example, Aforgomon, and The Dweller on the Threshold).
