Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance
Hi, Thanks for working on the STnBD series. If you have time, could you drop by the discussion thread http://www.baka-tsuki.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=4610 I think it will be great if we can discuss and refine our translation of the special terms so it is uniform for all translators. Sincerely, Nikuniku.
Great work on Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance :D.
Thank you for translating Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance ...
I'd also like to say "thanks" for working on this series. It's been quite a lot of fun so far, and I'm very grateful that you're taking the time to translate this. Rednal 11:08, 10 June 2012 (CDT)
Hi, thanks for translating Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance, I would like to ask for Jio's name, whether is it Inzagi or Inazagi, since there are anonymous edits switching it from the latter to the former. Thanks. Zakashi 19:47, 13 June 2012 (CDT)
Thanks for clarifying. And no worries about errors made, we can always ask. Really grateful here that you are translating such a great series. Zakashi 19:59, 13 June 2012 (CDT)
Just to let you know. If there is ever any need of mass-updation, you can ask me. Thanks to my experience with FoxReplace I can make the changes very quickly. Zero2001 - Talk - 14:49, 8 July 2012 (CDT)
Thank you for your work on this novel. Much appreciated.
Kuro, did something happen? Your recent translation has many mistakes. Did you do it in a hurry? Oh well, I'll try and fix them. Can you check my edits once they're done? Zero2001 - Talk - 04:32, 24 July 2012 (CDT)
Not really. Honestly, i prefer using your initial format. Zero2001's format is rather difficult to adapt for me and most of Indonesian editors (really, couldn't he just using simpler way in editing? He's an editor that totally in different level than us. He's monster - SATRIA - Talk - 24 August 2012 (CDT)
Well, basically Indonesian and English are not much different in terms of formatting. Since some people complained to me for not sticking closely with your translation (including Zero2001's devilish editing), i had no choice but wracking my brain completely to satisfy their demand. BTW, thx for your update on chp 6 - SATRIA - Talk - 24 August 2012 (CDT)
Hey there, KurioHikari xD, nice to meet you, i'm the new translator i guess. Hope you can teach me and guide me through!
I personally thought 呪装刻印 meant Artificial Spell Engraving... Well I'm glad that you responded to my message! After all, I'm still new here and I don't necessarily know my way around this community. I hope you can guide me through my translation and I hope that you will eventually get some stress off yourself. Finally, I would really want to thank you for your enthusiasm on this light novel. Without you, I probably would never touch this project xD. Thanks for everything! - Vermiculo
Ah... pen icon xD Thanks for the tip! Also what do you think about my translation of 呪装刻印? It's your choice after all, since you are the senior here. And about the previous part, should I re-check it? Or do you think it should be fine for now. Also try using http://book.sfacg.com/Novel/13982/MainIndex/ as the source. It is great! Oh and also, Chapter 8 is done! it is now waiting to be proof-read--Vermiculo (talk) 07:52, 29 September 2012 (CDT)
- knock knock* Hikari? Same as the one before me. About the TLC on STnDB Vol 3. -- Simon 14:20, 7 December 2012 (CST)
Is Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance:Volume3 Afterword complete? I want to make a PDF of the volume if it's complete.
 Chapter 8
I reverted the edit back as before since as per the situation, the flame responded with accordance to Clair's fury and not 'likely' responded to the same. --Chancs 04:54, 29 March 2012 (CDT)
On an afterthought, the situation will be much more convincing by using 'as if' and not directly implying. I am changing it back to your edit, but 'will remodify it as "as if responding to Clair's fury" Will that be fine? --Chancs 05:22, 29 March 2012 (CDT)
 Volume 9 Epilogue
Let's keep it like this, I'll put it up myself in time.--KuroiHikari (Talk | ) 04:46, 7 February 2013 (CST)
Hello! Thank you so much for bringing this project to BT. I just started to read this awesome Light Novel, and I am currently editing it, so I would like you to look through my edits and see if you are satisfied with them, or if there is anything that you disagree with. If there is, please do not hesitate to post something on my talk page. -- Royaloyalz (talk) 04:20, 26 February 2013 (CST)
Hello, I want to ask something. I want to be an editor on Seirei Tsuka no Blade Dance, but I don't have a lot of freetime. May I be a freelancer editor? I want to check the consistency of the term. No need to add my name to staff lists. klonoa38 (talk)
 What Happened to Volume 8...
Um so I see that volume 9 is being updated yet volume 8 is only half complete....does it need to be edited 'cause I could do that....Hmmm...can someone explain this to me????
Different translator are working on each volume; Mizuho on volume 8 and Zzhk on volume 9. Both are being worked on at the moment, just be patient. --220.127.116.11 20:23, 11 March 2013 (CDT)
Adding on, things that need to be edited are already out. Since, this is more or less how BT works.--KuroiHikari (Talk | ) 20:48, 11 March 2013 (CDT)
OH okay thanks!!! I hope I didn't sound rude...I was just confused.. >.<
 whiny comment
OKay so now both volume 9 and 10 are completed but volume 8 isn't even halfway done....did something happen to the translator for that volume? And who is the translator for volumes 9-10? Maybe he could help out the "V8T" (volume8tranlator)or something...again I don't want to sound whiny and b****y I'm just really into this series right now and it's killing me that the temptating v9-10 are out and I can't read them because I can't skip v8.....you know how it is right???? BUT KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ^.^
Hi, I don't see a problem. Besides, just wait for it. Look at this way: you're telling me to displace v8's TL with another TL, all because he's taking a little longer... I know you don't want to whine but I have things I want to whine about. It's killing me that people try to to justify this sort of things. The translation is still moving on, but just because it isn't moving fast enough for them, I have to supposedly do something? --KuroiHikari (Talk | ) 02:43, 2 April 2013 (CDT)
 Strike the Blood
Congratulations! You've done what will hopefully be the first of many translations for this series. Thank you for your work. By the way, I've started a discussion page.--Blackwhite67 (talk) 20:06, 29 March 2013 (CDT)
Hey, KurioHikari I just wanted to confirm something. When you translated the prologue, was the term really "progenitor"? I'm asking cause the manga uses "primogenitor" and a spoiler uses "promogenitor".
There's no real difference between the two words I think. At least, that's what the dictionary tells me. The word is actually "direct ancestor". And "promogenitor" is probably a typo. I find pureblood a possible term to use, but as I'm not familiar with how the vampires nature works in this novel, I shall just keep that suggestion with me. --KuroiHikari (Talk | ) 21:29, 30 March 2013 (CDT)
Adding on, I've decided to go with primogenitor, since it's given in the illustration.--KuroiHikari (Talk | ) 05:24, 2 April 2013 (CDT)
In one of the tittle for vol 4 was 水の戯れ so should i put 1.water sport? 2. water play 3.water..joke?? another one is 亀裂 there is many meaning for this one so which would you prefer? --RikiNutcase
 Edits on Teh_Ping's page
Erm, if you look back further on the history page, you'll see that Ping did all of the changes on the timeline himself. I have no idea how my name got on there o.O --M.A.D 20:10, 17 May 2012 (CDT)
Hi Kuro. No, that wasn't me. It seemed like Hiro undid it, but the same person put it on again. --Code-Zero 18:48, 23 July 2012 (CDT)
Hey, no problem. I tinkered with my vol4 illustrations, idk if I did it the way you wanted or not though. I just copied what the image names on translated novels were like. Please let me know if I did it right, I'll get right on to changing the names of the others as well if I am. Deck of cards - Talk
