Actually, the first kanji is 'hitsugi'(coffin) and the second is 'hime'(princess), so 'Hitsugi Hime no Chaika', or 'Chaika of the Coffin Princess' or 'The Coffin Princess' Chaika' would be direct readings... but it wouldn't surprise me if they turned 'hitsugi'+'hime' to 'hitsugime' as a punny contraction. That's just the furigana for the first kanji - the second kanji is recognizable enough that it doesn't need furigana. The wiki is wrong on that line. The title actually DOES read 'Coffin Princess Chaika'. Whether it's 'hitsugime' or 'histugi hime' is another question. =). But why would someone put up a page if they weren't actively translating it?
