I disagree. Terms like "incarnation" and "incarnate techniques" sound perfectly fine to me by themselves and are easy to understand. And even if "incarnate" does sound awkward, it's the term that the author decided to use for this Kanji, so I believe that it's better to use it in order to be accurate. (Besides, many of the English terms that the author uses are grammatically awkward, like "Accel World" itself or "Over-Ray", a term that appears in the chapter I'm translating, so it's not like using Incarnate would be out of place.) In the end, I think it's more important to be accurate to how the author writes than how it would be better in English. I understand your reservations, but I firmly believe that simply using "Mind Power" is inaccurate to the story, and that "Incarnate" would work better. I also do not think any of the readers would object. --Eternal Dreamer (talk) 17:40, 11 October 2012 (CDT)

Okay, I reread that part and understand what you mean, but there are still instance where I think that "Incarnate" is better than "Mind Power". Right now, I'm doing a chapter that explains more about the Incarnate System, and the term that keeps coming up is 心意技, which would come out by your translation as "mind power technique". It's really awkward having to use that term all the time in this chapter, and I find that "incarnate technique" is much easier to understand and write. (I don't think anyone would misunderstand what it means, since it fits with "Incarnate System".) Can I at least change use Incarnate when 心意技 comes up? Otherwise, I'm fine with leaving it as mind power for when it's just 心意. --Eternal Dreamer (talk) 06:57, 12 October 2012 (CDT)

Also, there are four new terms that come up in this chapter for the four basic kinds of techniques of the Incarnate System, which I've translated as follow: 射程距離拡張 (Range Expansion), 移動能力拡張 (Movement Ability Expansion), 攻撃威力拡張 (Attack Power Expansion), and 装甲強度拡張 (Armor Density Expansion). Do you think these translated terms are good enough, or should I make any changes? --Eternal Dreamer (talk) 07:04, 12 October 2012 (CDT)
