Actually, idea: take the Navigation section and split it into two: one section with Format Guidelines (what appears on the sidebar as Project Presention), the Forum, the Blog, the FAQ, and Recent Changes, while the other has the Approved Projects/Projects page (probably taken from [[Light Novel Projects]] but expanded to include visual novels), Alt. Languages, Pending Projects, and Teaser Projects. (don't know where Categories would go). Perhaps call one section Information and the other Navigation? They also deal with setting protection levels. Beyond this, the only thing I can think of is pruning the editor list of people who put their names down and then don't edit.
