What exactly is it that Rika means at the very end? I'm assuming it's that they are all friends but I feel like I might be wrong.

She means that she acknowledges that they are all friends already but Kodaka is scared that if he admits it, things will change and he is afraid of change. Honestly he is seriously pissing me off, the whiny little coward and look at the way he plays dumb, its obvious breaking Rika's heart, the heartless SoB ~Polarpwnage
