Track 7ː MuraKenzu[edit]

Murata: Good evening! This is Murata Ken, known as MuraKen from Murakenzu.

Yuuri *apathetic*: We're done.

Murata: So everyone? Did you enjoy Kyou Kara Maou!'s Hajimari no Tabi? Of course, I'm sure everyone must have played the Murata route and gotten the Daikenja ending, right?

Yuuri: I don't want a game like that.

Murata: No, but it's good that the game is ready to be sold, right Shibuya? At times I wasn't sure if we would manage to finish it. Everyone in the staff working all night, completely exhausted.

Yuuri: Well, it's not like we're done with it yet but, what's up with those manufacturers?

Murata: Honestly, I secretly wrote a game of my own.

Yuuri: Eh?! Really? And what kind of game did you make? *realizes something* Ah... I think I know. It's best if you don't say anything.

Murata: Cha-chan! It's name is "Daikenja Today too in Kyoto"

Yuuri: I knew it. That's something you would say.

Murata: To shorten, it's a maru-game. (*15)

Yuuri: Where is the maru- part? So, what kind of game is it? I'll hear you anyway.

Murata: It takes place on Earth during our second and third year of junior high.

Yuuri: During our second year and third year of junior high? But back then we didn't speak at all.

Murata: You didn't know about that then but, you would become the king of a different country in the future, right? The reason why you were brought to earth was so that no one would try to take your life, correct? That's why I would become a shadow that follows you everywhere to protect you.

Yuuri: Hmm? So? That Daikenja-sama what would he do in the game?

Murata: First: He would wake up Shibuya in the morning, and manage to get him to school on time, watching over him from the shadows, behind a telephone pole. Then when Shibuya gets to school, he continues to maintain a distance of a few meters to watch Shibuya's behavior . If by any chance Shibuya notices him, and starts distrusting his guardian dog, it's Game Over.

Yuuri: What's that it's just a stalker?! That's not a game!

Murata: Yeah, but you know? Without Shibuya having to do anything he can live a safe life thanks to the Daikenja, who gets rid of all his problems.

Yuuri: What do you mean?

Murata: Like, when Shibuya loses things. If Shibuya takes out a hand towel to clean his face and then drops it he picks it up and follows him for a long time.

Yuuri: Well that attitude wouldn't make a person's life that different.

Murata: Also, to make sure that he becomes a fine king in the future, he has to have lots of experiences right? So he can live an accomplished life as a middle- school student thanks to the Daikenja. And hey! He even... helps him during those awkward teenage years.

Yuuri: Eh? He becomes a cupid of love for him. That's neat, huh?

Murata: As Shibuya is sweating in his club activities, a person in school girl clothes is standing in the wheat field, watching him secretly. You do it like this, with the analog stick, right? If you stand there properly, it will make Shibuya feel good.

Yuuri: Eh? Wait, could it be that it was you who did that?*sighs* And here I thought a shy girl who felt unrequited love for me was secretly standing there looking at me.

Murata: And then for Valentine's Day, you have to put an unsigned box of handmade chocolates into his shoe locker and fake a love letter.

Yuuri: WUH! Could it be that it was all you?! You were the one who did that?!

Murata: This too you have to do it with the analog stick, right? If you can do it right, he will feel ...

Yuuri: How should I know?! I would have preferred to have been helped during a mountain of tests. In that case I'd be grateful, but...

Murata: No way! That would not be good for your sake, would it?

Yuuri: You! So? In the end what kind of ending does this game have?

Murata: If Shibuya is safe, that's the ending.

Yuuri: Eh?! That's it? That's not much of a prize is it? Did you really make such a game ?

Murata: Yeah, it was necessary.

Yuuri: You mean you decided to go ahead and do it. Chah... Of course it was rejected right?

Murata: No, the director really liked it...

Yuuri: Really? For real?

Murata: But other than him, no one else seemed to like it.

Yuuri: Well, that's obvious...

Murata: But you know, Shibuya? I will for sure make a game with this plot.

Yuuri: Okay, okay. Try your best.... But I really dislike it though.

Murata: You don't like it? But you're the only one in the staff! Please work well with me!

Yuuri: Don't get me involve in this!!!
