Yuuri: Woah, the Shinou's shrine makes me kinda nervous. Maybe because I associate it with Buddhist temples. Yo! ... uhm... Murata!
Murata: Shibuya! Over here!
Yuuri: Ah, that's where you are...*runs* You're wearing sandals and a T-shirt. Informal as always. Don't you have a uniform you wear here at the Shinou's shrine?
Murata: No, no way. Well... the priestesses do have one, and the ladies guarding the shrine look like the goddesses statues at the entrance of a cemetery.
Yuuri: No way.
Murata: If your brother could see them he would be so happy he'd cry.
Yuuri: Ah. That would be bad. But aren't men forbidden here? So why are they wearing those cosplay-like clothes?
Murata: Who knows? Maybe it's his hobby. He's always been fond of women.
Yuuri: Who's "he"?
Murata: Shinou.
Yuuri: Eh? Shinou? He's that kind of person?
Murata: Well, since he's here one could say he does have a sort of private harem, right?
Yuuri: Woah, that's one way of seeing it.
Murata: Yeah, but isn't it likely to be so?
Yuuri: Hmmm. Ah, by the way, there's something that I have been wondering for a while. Could it be that you, hate the Shinou?
Murata: Uh? Why do you ask?
Yuuri: It's just that.... don't you think that the way you talk about him is kind of harsh?
Murata: Is it? That's just because I know him well, so I just poke fun at him. That's what I was doing.
Yuuri: Ah, that's because you have a sharp tongue.
Murata: Now look you little....*sighs* But I'd be lying if I said I don't resent him.
Yuuri: Murata...
Murata: Just kidding. Memories are just memories. It's just things of the past. That's why I, this me that I'm now, Murata Ken, only makes fun of the Shinou's character because of the way he behaves.
Yuuri: Really?
Murata: Shibuya, you said it before didn't you? Inside of me, when it comes to memories of past acquaintances, the emotions just make me smile because it feels like I'm watching a protagonist in a TV show.
Yuuri: Ah... hm.
Murata: That's why, it's none of my business. Those are someone else's problems. It's just that the memories of the Shinou and the Daikenja take up a part of my soul. There were so many troubles back then, that there's no way I could ever forget. So for now there's nothing I can do about it.
Yuuri: Hmm.
Murata: Is there something you don't agree with?
Yuuri: Uhm.. no, I understand that those memories have nothing to do with you, Murata. But, I still wonder if maybe the Daikenja resents the Shinou?
Murata: That's why I said that before, sorry if I confused you, but there's no resentment.
Yuuri: Eh?
Murata: For the Daikenja, the Shinou was the Sun. He overflowed with confidence, he was always at the front of a battle, and in war he never knew defeat. But this Sun-like existence had a burden and without him noticing it, he got possessed.
Yuuri: Ah, he kind of sounds like an awesome person.
Murata: Hm. That's why getting involved with him wasn't a misfortune. Then the Sun had to make his body disappear...
Yuuri: Murata?
Murata: He said I should just forget about it, but the one who chose not to forget was me. That's why I have no regrets. But if only just a little, I resent it a bit. I keep thinking about who is mostly at fault for me not being able to let go of my memories.
Yuuri: I see. It's understandable.
Murata: That's why, Shibuya, you have to try hard! Even though your style is different, you certainly can become the Sun for everyone.
Yuuri: Eh? What are you talking about?
Murata: People think that if something happens to you, you won't be able to withstand it but, there are many people around you ready to protect you.
Yuuri: Hm.
Murata: So you can stop worrying about me. I'm fine. And also, there is a promise I made to the Shinou.
Yuuri: A promise? What kind of promise?
Murata: Ah! It's a secret!
Yuuri: Why are you putting airs like that... I want to know!
Murata: Soon the time will come when you'll find out.
Yuuri: Eh? Really?
Murata: Well, enough about that. Now... Shibuya, look, look!
FX: *Dolphin call*
Yuuri: What's that?
Murata: What do you think? It's an extra large Bando-kun[1] figure.
Yuuri: Extra-large? It's too big don't you think?
Murata: It was a special order. It's cute, don't you think?
Yuuri: Uhm, yeah, it's kinda cute but what is it going to be used for?
Murata: Mhh.. I wonder about that...
Yuuri: Eh?
Murata: A bribe? Maybe it's for one of Gurrier-chan[2]'s undercover jobs.
Yuuri: Ah?
Murata: In other words, seeing how lately von Voltaire's subordinate was going around forging identities[3] I thought, " Ah, I want to do that too". And so this was a request from Gurrier-chan.
Yuuri: A dolphin?
Murata: Yes, it's a little gift for von Voltaire.
Yuuri: Ah...
Murata：Even though Lord von Voltaire has such a scary face, he's loved by his subordinates.
Yuuri: Well, it's not just his subordinates, everyone likes Gwendal.
Murata: I see. That's nice.
Yuuri: Hm.
Murata: Alright I must hurry up and give this "sweetener" to Gurrier-chan. I'm pretty confident it turned out to look authentic. Alright! The artisans of Shin Makoku can sure work well. Murata: Ah!.... And then there would be hidden characters like the Shinou and Daikenja, and then when that one is complete, there would be a "cleared" version with the Blood Pledge Castle motif as a special selection which we could start selling after a while.

Yuuri: Eh? Wait... You're not going to start with the MuraKenzu thing again are you?

Murata: Ah, I just wanted to give it a try. I wasn't being sneaky!

- ↑ Special note: Usually when Gurrier is refered to as "Gurrier-chan", they're talking about him in drags. His name even changes and includes a kanji, so it's like a different identity for him.
- ↑ By "forging identities" he means that Josak is always pretending to be someone else. But when he's talking about himself, he means that he wants to make illegal copies of stuff.
- ↑ In Akihabara there are tons of electronics and anime. Surely Murata is referring to the "special editions" of everything that are so popular in Japan.
