The Japanese word '解く' can also mean 'to undo', 'to dispel', 'to remove' alongside 'to solve'. In the sentence, Ene is simultaneously evoking the 'to solve' definition (as a reference to the Solver of All Equations) and its other meanings to express her belief that Ryner will erase their despair.
