How about something like "break into cold sweat" or "(find oneself) in cold sweat"?

well actually this cold sweat is like 冒冷汗, ie. a feeling of lameness. like this --> (^_^)" (I guess)

I've already decided to translate it as,
"Sena said with dry sarcasm." (it's on page 43 of volume 2 of Haganai), unless there's a better of depicting the lameness.

thanks :D

Inner facepalm?
Maybe 'wry', rather than 'dry'.

No idea, just used to using 'wry'.

Wry has a more 'sarcastic' sense to it.
