It should be a nickname. One step short of "Lienchen".

see here.
also, try to use italics for monologue and flashbacks. I'll look over it when I have time, so don't worry too much about making mistakes, though it will help if you can keep to the format guidelines.

Is it me, or sometimes the 'l's in some name sound weird. Entolio or Pestlo, for example.
And also, good job, Lare.

Re: Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi
recently saw the anime adaptation of this novel and I did not find interesting (it was so boring for me to leave it in chapter 1 ._.) the plot is not bad but not enough to keep reading, according to my point of view -.-".

Can someone change the title of this thread so it shows that it's about the teaser? Or close it altogether so that the discussion can take place in the main thread and people don't confuse the two threads?
(Or tell me how to change thread names, then I'll do it...)

Boring, huh? Well it's your call, but that's a real shame, it is. -Nod nod-Reiki wrote:recently saw the anime adaptation of this novel and I did not find interesting (it was so boring for me to leave it in chapter 1 ._.) the plot is not bad but not enough to keep reading, according to my point of view -.-".
In any case, it's my humble opinion that you can't judge a story just by reading a single chapter of it, don't you think? You're going to miss out on a whole lot of awesome stories doing that.

I agree. Most novels would need at least 2 volumes to determine its true worth.ShinnKamiyra wrote:Boring, huh? First volume to grab attention and interest, second to prove its development. Of course, there are exceptions, but usually 2~3 volumes are needed to tell for a series, unless it failed so miserably.

Honestly? This series takes time to build. If you want shit to happen fast.....I suggest you drop it. Because the first important stuff only happens in vol 2 and doesn't get really explained until 5 onwards.Reiki wrote:recently saw the anime adaptation of this novel and I did not find interesting (it was so boring for me to leave it in chapter 1 ._.) the plot is not bad but not enough to keep reading, according to my point of view -.-".

we must also try to understand most people who don't read light novels don't understand this and aren't able recognize the gems in the LN pool aside from the top sellers or most popular stuff. besides, most people prefer moe or harems to real stories these days.Cosmic Eagle wrote:Honestly? Re: Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi
hell I'm an LN addict and I usually browse a title that catches my eye from at least the 4th volume on for good reason....It's rare you get stuff like HakoMari which is gripping throughout.
