According to various web sources, it's Yatogami Touka. Of course, I prefer using romaji for Japanese/Japanese-like names rather than h for extended vowels, which I use only for fictitious non-Japanese names.

Fromwhat I've red of Yen Press' novels, every time the o has an 'extension', an h is placed instead of the u.

Well her first name is Confirmed to be Tohka, saw it on the official website, the one I couldn't confirm was her last name. Thanks for correcting me.
