Mega thanks for this. I already read it as a PDF but now I have the MOBI for my future re-read. :D

A little feedback... might want to correct the title, should be "Remembrances for a Certain Pilot" and I don't think you need to put "Volume 1" since it's only one volume. Also, it's "Mazui Subs" if you want to change that too.

And my Calibre reports the language as German, lol. That really doesn't matter but figured I'd point it for a laugh or two.

I'll change it... someday.

And the language... well... yeah... it's the only thing that I forget to change with chance of 100%, everytime. Need to do the samme with all my ePUBs and MOBIs. ...my cpu will burn...

Perhaps this necro will be frowned upon, but this novel made me rage.

It was well written. It was believable. It was gripping. I could not put it down towards the end.

And then, if I owned it in a physical format, I would have thrown it across the room. Then out the door. Then have cut it to shreds. Then set it on fire.

Just finished watching the movie and decided to make an epub that I can take everywhere, even in the campus. Added a preview in Google Books.

Remembrances for a Certain Pilot

Image
The story revolves around Charles Karino, a Levaamu Empire mercenary pilot who mans the twin seater reconnaissance seaplane Santa Cruz. One day, he receives a preposterous assignment: to fly solo over 12,000 kilometers of enemy waters to protect a girl named Fana del Moral. Fana happens to be the next in line to the empire's throne and a girl possessing beauty “equal to 5,000 beams of light.”

These are the fixes I have made and are not listed nor reflected on the wiki project.

Meticulously fixed the following:
  • Closed open quotation marks
  • Fixed inconsistent quotation marks (from "" '' to “” ‘’), OCD detected
  • Fixed hellips (from ... to …)

Wow, this book was indeed great.

I'm not telling this as a LN and such Japanease things fan, but also as a aviaton fan, for example I read pilots war memories sometimes.

I have to admit, that author have knowlegde about aviaton, planes and rules of aerial combat. I wish that more LN like that one existed, I really hope some day I will be able to read more of his books.
