The Academy City on water, "Rikka". This city, otherwise known as 'Asterisk', was famous for being the world's largest stage for the integrated battle entertainment <Star Wars Festival>. The young boys and girls of the <Starpulse Generation> belonging to the six academies made their wishes with Shining Armaments in their hands, vying for supremacy -- Amagiri Ayato is one of them.
Ayato arrived at Rikka at the invitation of the Student Council President of the Seidoukan Academy, Claudia, and right after that he incurred the wrath of the <Petalblaze Witch> Julis, and ended up having to duel her.
"If you're obedient, I'll pardon you by grilling you to only about well-done?"
"..... That would be cooking me thoroughly to my core, right?"
Then, in the middle of their duel, an assassin had fired a bullet at Julis -- ?

I was checking my source for LN raw every day hoping it would get uploaded. I wanted to make this thread way earlier because English synopsis is already available, but I thought it would be pointless since there's still no raw yet.
seems nice bit i got a feeling of "deja vu"?? Infinite stratos and maybe seirei stukai no blade dance? But still would be nice to get a project for this.

Excessive sorrow laughs. Excessive joy weeps. Happiness or Sorrow, Which one are you feeling right now? William Blake's "Marriage of heaven and hell"
In case someone is thinking about buying the digital version of this on a kindle, it's not worth it unless you really want to throw parts of it at a machine translator. This is what the publisher appears to consider an acceptable resolution of an image: http://i.imgur.com/zlvUYoN.gif
I can barely read most of the hiragana in the small text; the kanji is almost all illegible. You can imagine the full-colour plates are just as terrible.
I grabbed the conveniently provided scans a fan made of it, and it proved to be a much more legible two-page spread. >.<
