It shows the full text option for Volume 5. Does that mean that this particular volume has been fully translated? Because it looks like the majority of the chapters hasn't been cleared or any text appears o.o
At the archive page of the old author website, there was a short story that briefly discussed Mayumi's prospective marriage partners; it specifically mentioned Masaki was not a possibility since he was too young. Which would make Tatsuya out for the same reason.

Besides some of the later chapter of volume 9 will indicate a possible lack of enthusiasm on Mayumi's part. Also in volume 9, a new girl will come to school as the exchange student. I do not see her as a romantic candidate for Tatsuya but someone else, who is presumably more knowledgeable about post-volume 9 than I, did.
Right now, my favorite possibility has only had a cameo, Sakurai Minami.
She is supposed to have a full debut as his kouhai in the second year and is actually going to be living with the Shibas. Her likeness to Sakurai Honami is sure to press a lot of emotional buttons in both siblings and since she is not just their kouhai at school but Tatsuya's kouhai as a Guardian, she and he are going to have to spend time together.

Tatsuya is different to masaki.
Tatsuya is a Strategic Class, Silver, a Yotsuba ( even his family doesn't recognize him as one >>> i think no one really know tats is a strategic class except Maya, Miyuki or probably Hayama ).
once everybody know about all his card, the story will be different. they will want him to be their son in law. though Maya would not approve it.

Chapter probably won't come out until 2 chapter is translated to Chinese (Dreyakis said that there were only 2 chapters translated, so it were ch.0 and ch. 1) So lets be patient and wait, it's not that we have a lot of translators with excessive free time here...

It is entirely possible that the Yotsuba have made sure to fake any DNA tests to keep Tatsuya and Miyuki thinking they are siblings but for me it doesn't matter either way since I don't mind incest and want Tatsuya and Miyuki to stay together.

From what I found, there still only zero and first chapter, last update was in beginning of April (9th of April), from that time, no updates =(
Also, there is considerable part translated in second year volume =)
Anyway, I hope Japanese translators will start to translate from the bottom up, and in the middle they will meet Dreyakis (and we well have maga release with a lot of chapters )

This is a known trait among the Yotsuba clan and is explained in the V8 side story. We know about the magic of 3 sets of Yotsuba Clan siblings and each of their magic abilities are very much different to their fellow sibling's own. In each case one has shown skill with systematic magic and the other outer-systematic magic. So there is no need for confusion about his differing abilities.

The only Japanese translators working on Mahouka that I know of are Sei-chan who is on hiatus I think and Sashiko who has little time atm to do much and so his translation speed has dropped down to a snails pace and it would take him ages to do a chapter. Plus Sashiko is currently working on the last portion of v8 so that is where all his translation time is being spent. Just be patient for the Chinese translators to translate so that Drey can translate for us. In fact Drey just updated his page saying he should have chapter 2 done on the 9th so not long to wait now.
