一ヶ月二ヶ月 why is there a ke katakana there not to mention in minature, ( thought it was a kanji and searched over 500 in my jisho...I felt stupid when I realized it was just a minie ケヶ） Does it change the meaning or is it just a normal seperator.

Does anyone knows what 世はなべてこともなし means? I'll go with There's no trouble in the world but it's something inferred from the context. If you have a better translation, please share
