help with name translation

I'm having trouble with the katakana name. It's supposed to be the name of the legion of aerial armored knights.

shouldn't that be 3 words? as in Luft Panzer Ritter? the personal "army" of the guldenhorf duchy? (i think)

it's hard to say for sure as i know nuts about german or their armed forces division and such...

Luft Panzer Ritter doesn't sound natural in my opinion. On the other hand, when hearing "Luftpanzer Ritter", I'd imagine knights riding on flying tanks.

As for the "air tank" meaning of Luftpanzer, it makes sense seeing that the chapter talks about their squadron supposedly having the strength of thousands of ground soldiers. And that the knights all ride wind dragons. I will be using Luftpanzer Ritter because it seems to be the right way of saying it.

芹澤 = Seizawa, Seirizawa
達也 = Tatsuya, Tetsuya

If you have the Japanese raws, they will have the furigana for the names, at least when they are first introduced.

I don't know about where you come from, but around here the sun, moon, planets and the stars all rise in the east and set in the west. Something to do with this planet's rotation...
