I never quite understood it.

The Korean language to me, is exceptionally blocky. There are too many short pauses between syllables for it to be properly linked together into proper vocal expression.

There's a reason why French, Italian, and Spanish make very nice songs. It's because the language is very fluid and dare I say it? Sexy.

There are probably exceptions, but there are always exceptions. This is just in general. Of course, if you told me otherwise and said something along the lines of "so and so boy band is super cool and sexy and so hawt or whatever", you're just tone deaf.

/me is tone deaf.

If anyone has heard BoA, then you have heard Korean music. She did the opening theme for Lain and one of the themes for Inuyasha. Although these are in Japanese, she is Korean. I have heard some Korean music, being by ethnicity Korean, but I do not really care for it for the most part. It is mostly rap/R&B and a little pop, which I pretty much hate. I do like some of Jung Hyun Kim's stuff since it is a little more techno.
