I agree, I listen to those songs all the time. I love Nagi Yanagi's voice.
Mine would be
GARNiDELiA- Ambiguous
Konomi Suzuki- This Game
LiSA- I doubt it
Aya Hirano- God Knows
Most because of my love for piano, though the last is for various reasons XD

I'd probably go with Lilium from Elfen Lied, just awesome
really like Hiru no Tsuki from Outlaw Star too
out of competition, the end of Witch Craft Works, average anime, but the ending song was just so funny^^
