I haven't read it, but maybe you can tell me what you think about it, maybe a short review or something. Then maybe I will go ahead and read it.

Re: Nana (Manga)
The manga is done by Ai Yazawa.
Two joung women with the name of Nana met by chance in a train on the way to Tokyo. Their personalities are nearly as different as day and night. After the arrival in Tokyo they to go separate ways. But they met again a short time later while searching for new place to life in Tokyo. Because of circumstances they decide to live together in the same apartment. There their story begins.
The first time I heard about Nana I was interested to read it, but as soon as I saw the first glimpse of the pictures the interest was gone. Long and skinny charas and not as smooth as I ususally like it. So I never picked it up.
Some time later after I saw the anime I was interested again, I wanted to know how the story of the anime does continue so I could live this time with the design, but the pace of the story was so slow and without hearing the sound of the anime it was'nt the same and last but not least after I heard of the authors problems the interest was gone again, but still I hope the author will continue her work, since I am still interested to know how the story of NANA + NANA does end - I dont like open ends...

Re: Nana (Manga)
Did read it, back in 06/07 while the anime was runing.
Didn't really float my boat in the end due to Hachi's choice in bf material, it simply irked me out to the point of droping it and never looking back.
