What is the cartoon film about a disabled girl and her brother tells her a story about a snowman? Her brother tells her about the adventures that they go on with a snowman, they try and help the queen of smiles or something because the baddie stole the smiles of everyone in the land. In the end, the snowman melts and the young girl walks again.
