I never knew of Take-Two before this. Who the hell are they? What games did they make?

Haha they are pretty big players. They own Rockstar, 2K Games, and 2K Sports. Big titles include Grand Theft Auto, Manhunt, BioShock, Bully, all the 2K sports titles, and the entire Sid Meiers series.

though is not done yet, its been postponed after april 30, the release date of GTA4

They said they wanted it just for the Sports franchises... but c'mon... GTA is a friggin Behemoth of a money making franchise, more so than probably all of there other titles. ( I don't have the numbers, I'm only guessing)

Haha EA called GTAIV "Gravy", like they weren't interested in it at all. Of course a monopoly on sports games would be nice, but they can't just ignore the pull of Rockstar titles.

GTA4 alone has the potential of several hundred million dollars...2 billion suddenly doesn't seem like much...
