Anime recommendations pls!

I prefer anime where the MC can think for him/herself... And if they can process events at a genius level, even better! 
And i'm pretty much willing to watch any genre...
Soooo recommendations please? Thanks!!!

And i'm also currently following Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei, Haikyuu!, Baby Steps, Zankyou no Terror & Aldnoah.Zero

Genius MCs?
Are you into the sports genre?
Can try Prince of Tennis or Major (you can learn to love this even without any interest in baseball)
If you're into action shounen stuff, I highly recommend Hunter x Hunter or even valkyria chronicles
