It's okay to have the serious side of the episode, but what i am disappointed most is from the grafic of the battle...

Maybe. I mean, it depends on the anime series. Honey-sempai from Ouran Host Club could kick butt, but they never really showed any good fighting because of the anime's main style and point. However, since ZnT is based on action to some extent, I can understand your point. It is kind of the music anime series that fail completely in showing the correct fingerings and timings for the instrument being played. The fingers move, but the notes do not change.

If it's a fight scene only, I would go for Darker than Black. If it's fight scene + something else, Kanon 2006.

It would have been so good it it weren't for the last 5 minutes or so . . . They completely f*cked up what could have been an amazing ending.

Yeah, they could have, but I do not think that watching Louise cry for the end of the series would have been the best way to end it. The only way I could see for them to end it in that way would be for the series to skip ahead in time several years or so and have Louise going berserk. She would then proceed to kick Albion's butt after receiving training to be awesome. But, then again, that would be too stereotypical.
