Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu

I just wonder why they let this series fall to pieces. Like so many things, it had potential, but they always seem to cop out by going the Sugisaki-harem route.

harem route without closure. I just want for once (and not in hentai) where an mainstream anime the guy simply got all the girls and show it instead of being subtle. the closet thing I can think of is the pilot of American Gundam from G Gundam.

How about the last Maou? He definitely put up enough scenes to make it a harem, and so far, he got all the girls, okay, most of them, with a few that are not his followers.

Alas, another series that could get a sequel. I seriously thought that if that series was just pure action without the fanservice, it would have been 10x better. Everyone is trying the Ikkitousen thing though right now. It is a shame.

well Ikkitousen is f*ckin hot so i can't blame them. but then again the fanservice in samurai girl turned me off. I sort of want a new fanservice. one that doesn't degrade women and present them with more grace. let the fanboy make the doujishi to do whatever pleasure they get.

Wow, long discussion in such a short period of time... Anyways, in the novels, you can CLEARLY see that Yuuto is with Haruka, but Haruka's sister, together with the maids, do tease them and get really close with certain scenes, with Yuuto. Not as obvious with the maids, but you can see them taking a favor towards Yuuto, but for Haruka's sister, her classmates, Yuuto and Haruka's classmates(especially Shiina), they can get real close to him. However, there is no real setting for love except for Haruka and Shiina, maybe Haruka's sister too. The rest are mainly teasing of Yuuto, and the explicit use of certain terms to make your imagination run wild...

Though I must say, the last Maou has the ultimate way of making one's imagination run wild, the volume after one of its arcs...

Yeah, anime has a tendency to "help" the viewer's imagination run wild, but I have kind of learned to train myself to roll my eyes and say to myself, "It is not what you think it is, you perv."

That is just what I do too, if I see that. Often the sitations and the angle of vision are just so wrong that it hurts also those things dont improve the story (often is just the opposite the case)
