Da Capo
Da Capo II
Angel Sanctuary
Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru
Onegai Twins (to a certain extent)
Koi Kaze (it got too boring for me to finish so I wouldn't know)
Gift Eternal Rainbow

I never was able to watch Mai Otome all the way through. I stopped on Ep 5 or so I was just too bored. I hated the main character anyways. Those pigtails annoyed the crap outta me.

Dude finish Mai Otome, it isn't that bad. Sure it kinda feels like it's sucking out your man hood watching such a girly and pink anime... but it's action is pretty good towards the end.

Otome kinda gets better towards the end, but IMO there's no way it can match up to HiME. It's still a nice watch though, if only for the various HiME references. I enjoyed seeing Midori summon Gakutenou in episode 10, Miyu release "Artemis:The Golden Sword" in episode 22, and so on.

Otome is a sequel to Hime. Except it takes place a long time after hime.

It's not explicitly stated though. Hints are dropped here and there (Fuuka Gakuen, Orphans, HiME Star etc) but there are also some difference (Mikoto's HiME tattoo is on a different spot in HiME and Otome), so I wouldn't really call it a sequel. But all those stuff mentioned above, coupled with Miyu's explanation that Arika was Alyssa's decendant (Over time, the SEARSS family got changed to Sayers I think. Either that, or it was a production mistake), and SEARRS' ultimate motive (Towards the Golden Millenium - SEARRS) shares the same initials as Trans Global Materializing System (TGMS), so I guess one can only speculate ;P
