all I did was took my santa hat scaled it down and placed it in every frame (which was like 8 ). hit saved and upload

Can't you just put in on the background, then each transparent frame will have the hat superimposed on it?

About 10 minutes to reshape the hat, then about 5 to ghetto-sync the movement.

well, after taking the Dan original as a base, I remodelled it a bit ^_^
hope you don't mind Dan, thanks for providing the avi, I really appreciate it ^_^
so after a few minutes of "magic work" I made my own Yuki-in-a-santa-hat-avi based on Dan's ^_^
the interesting thing is, I don't have any normal graphic editors installed, so I had to use paint and.. microsoft powerpoint
well, the result is worth it I think ^_^

I wanted to add in the fuzzy ball flailing around, but it just didn't look right in the end, so I took it out.
That took another 10 minutes or so. Falling snowflakes were an idea as well, but meh...
