Sumary: All the sapient races of the universe have guardians who watch over their existence the Earth is not an exception. However, these guardians don't have a consensus about how to keep the life on the planet. This ideological conflict will explode soon and some of these guardians are aware about this and are making plans. But nobody is planning to keep this illusory peace.
