There doesn't seem to be a separated country called Moudoku merged with Misumaruka. Taking the line literally it rather means Misumaruka later shocked the continent by a "deadly poison" (likely a figurative description) called machinations.

That is 策謀 in the original text. There are a number of possible translations for that, like strategy, artifice, intrigue, etc. To be accurate it may be necessary to have some idea of the story (which I don't have ).

From reading the manga version of this, I must say that I enjoyed it very. The setting reminds me of the Densetsu no Yūsha series and it is a thrill to read. I sincerely hope this gets approved soon!
