I saw that but it doesn't seem like there was a consensus on the order of the names we should stick with since the names were added in by one person (I'm going to assume honorifics are out). It doesn't answer my second question. In case you're confused by what I'm asking, I'm asking whenever Alsiel uses 魔王様, should I translate it as my lord, master, Demon Lord (this is odd), etc or what? And no, this isn't referring when its used in passing in the narration.
Why don't you try using Maoh for the title and Maou for the name? I guess that's the less confusing I can think of without adding rubi / furigana, though most people lately don't romanize 魔王 as Maoh anymore.
If not I suppose using devil / demon king would be the most appropriate, "my king" could fit as well.
Translators don't grow on trees...... but seriously though, it's not like they're getting paid to do it, whatever gets done is done out of their free time.

dont be surprised when u see this but...its something most people dont know..
tl'ers really DO grow on tress nyaa~
[depending on how u see it XD ]
MAIN HEROINES FTW!!!!!!!!!!!!!NYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Considering the honorifics i think we should keep them in i have read light novels and manga where they use honorifics for comedic effect at times like the main character calling the main female with chan added on to get a rise out of her. I also feel the Maou-sama is more fitting than demon lord, to me it just flows better. This is just m opinion however should me majority like the other way better i will edit to that effect.

That chapter is already registered. Did you consulted junny if you could overtake his work?
Kaixax555 is registered for volume 2 chapter 1. So that was likely the "chapter 1" he/she was referring to.
Edit: So given following replies, maybe there's more going on than I am aware .?.?. (that'll teach me for commenting on projects I'm not closely following).
