The Grey Knights have cloth draped over the front of their armor, so that's about as good as could be expected. I rationalize it as the soldiers being male, and wearing the appropriate uniform. Now if they ever added the Daemonhunters as a race, then I could do some serious work with them.

But the only soldiers even close to Space Marine level that are female are the Adeptus Sororitas. The Imperial Guard has tonnes of female soldiers though.
You should change the color scheme to something other than drab grey for the SOS Marines. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

Whatever do you mean? They're hardly wearing drab grey (the lighting only makes it look like it). Their armor is the exact same color as the jackets that male North High students wear.
And, unfortunately, the game doesn't model female Imperial Guard soldiers, so that's out of the question.
