A beautiful girl arrives at Ui Tsudzuki's school. Though she doesn't seem familiar to him, she calls him right away "Zero", even though it is not his name, and kisses him. Later, he remembers something: Zero was his username in a game called "Detective murder game". After telling what he thinks to the girl, the latter reveals that she's in fact R, as well as the detective of the Tsukimidzuki family, Rikai Tsukimidzuki.

Later on, we dive into the mystery of Ui's father's suicide...

It was slightly longer (or quite longer) than most of the series I read. But I enjoyed it, personally. Now, time to figure out those names...

Kinda like a mystery novel, though it's more like, hum, playing on mystery feelings rather than being one. Not sure how to explain that.

Not sure how to explain? Sounds good. I always like it when someone understands a story but can't explain to others, that means the story is guaranteed to be unique and fresh in its own way and the only way for me to understand it is by reading it myself.

Well, actually, if I try to word it up, it'd be that the whole thing has usual-daily-life (well, not quite "usual", but...) mixed with a lot of drama and mystery. The first volume I read made me feel as if the drama, mystery and plot make a triangular relation.

As for the MC, I'd say that he's weak at moments and strong at others. However, since the first volume's centered on his family, I'm not surprised that he has instants of weakness.

Man, I'll read the next volume ASAP...which means in like, 2 weeks.
