The Third?

Just as a suggestion, is anyone interested in translating The Third light novels?

I just started watching the anime myself and its a bit odd, not too sure if I like it.

And is that a bad thing? To be honest I don't see what difference it makes. Honoka is one of my favorite characters, and The Third is probably one of the better and most underappreciated anime of '06. It has a sort of a 'Trigun' atmosphere if you liked that series, only more serious most of the time.

I enjoy the female protagonist but the Iks is annoying the crap out of me. I hate his character.

Yeah, he's sort of annoying; a very Koizumi Itsuki-like demeanor, and we only get hints as to what his purpose is in the anime, even at the very end.

The problem with female lead character based animes is that most of the time, the male supporting characters and the plotline sucks ass.

Nothing wrong with the female though.

The Third isn't really bad though, it just loses its touch midway through.
