1. considering Under. This is a translation for ura-the opposite side, the bottom side, the back side. As the Arc goes on, much is made of the difference in the society that lives and acts on the surface-the part that generally acts within the law and in public and its opposite. Covert operations fits but I agree it doesn't have the right connotations. Maybe something like "underworld-work" or use a euphemism like "less-than-legal activities" depending on the situation. What are "demurrations"? My search of that word gave me no results on its meaning, just 43 results (with this page, 44), some of which are not even the word, but closely spelled ones, and the use of the term is inconsistent.--Kemm (talk)
