Translation Notes

  1. The actual phrase Haruki planned to use is "baka kaba chindon-ya" (「馬鹿、カバ、チンドン屋」). It's a childish phrase used to taunt/bully people. There doesn't appear to be an English equivalent for this phrase, so it'll be referred to as a "childish insult" instead.
  2. Though 「バッカじゃないの?」 ("Are you an idiot?") is a general term, Haruki mentions a continuation to this phrase that is far too embarrassing. Given that Setsuna previously said that she thinks Haruki is a good guy, the most likely candidate for the complete phrase is, 「バッカじゃないの?アンタのこと好きじゃないし!」 ("Are you an idiot? I don't even like you, you know!")
