As a member of Baka-Tsuki

akiha is a QCer rather than translator.

Rationale

I'm still an English learner. thus, It's too difficult and time-consuming to write translated text in English from scratch. On the other hand, I'm native Japanese. thus, I almost completely understand the grammar and structure of Japanese. Consequently, I can with relative ease, correct the English sentence structure to match to the corresponding Japanese one.

I have Japanese cultural knowledge as much as an ordinary Japanese. Although I'm a native speaker, Haruhi series may require tons of knowledge to correctly translate it with translation notes. By the way, when I read them, I just skipped unknown words:) But I have dependable friends: Japanese Google, Japanese Wikipedia, and so on. So there is no need to afraid to translate.

Other

However small the advice is, don't hesitate to tell me it! Because I want to study English, everything is greatly welcomed.

  • For example...
    • typos
    • grammatical errors
    • Which is more better expression? Delete the other.
      • more apt word from collocation
      • more correct choice in terms of collocation
  • For time killer only... <<- (You want to kill time? Don't we all! :3 - Onizuka-gto 09:05, 18 April 2007 (PDT) ) <<- (In a humorous way, I tryed to mean that If someone have time to do this, please do it. Is there any clever expression? -Akiha )
    • more English-like texts of mine
    • cool paraphrase to expand my vocabulary
    • advice to repair the vice of writing

Because I prefer lower cases, than upper cases. The correct method to spell my name is "akiha" rather than "Akiha".
