The second part is clearly σαλαμάνδρα (''salamandra''), as fitting the 竜王 (''ryou ou'', dragon king) portion of the kanji, but the first part doesn't appear in Greek dictionaries. The closest I've gotten with word searches based strictly on translating the kanji is καίω σύμπαν (''kaio sumpan'', "burn" "heaven and earth"), but that's quite far in phonetic transliteration from the katakana.
